Shania Twain

Being a proud vegetarian during Covid can be tricky, but, while recording her new album, Shania made the right call and hired Chef Zygmont to cater her daily sessions. In studio dining for 10 can be tricky, but Jason crafted a delectable selection of pastas, tacos, salads, veggie burgers, dumplings and everything in betweem. Shania loved the agnolotti so much she asked to have us repeat it the next night. It was a pleasure to make her experience recording in Nashville that much easier and more delicious.

Margo Price Anniversary Dinner

10 years is a long time: especially when you are one of the most talented music stars today. That’s why when Margo and Jeremy were coming up on their tin anniversary, they knew they wanted to do something special. Chef Zygmont prepared a 5 course feast for the couple and 40 of their closest friends. Prepared in their home kitchen with only one assistant, this proved that Chef Zygmont can prepare a phenomenal meal under even the most difficult circumstances.

Outstanding in the Field

A nomadic food event that travels the world, Outstanding in the Field occupied the stunningly beautiful Bloomsbury Farm in Smyrna, TN: about 45 minutes outside of Nashville. 300 supporters of local agriculture traveled to dine on Chef Zygmont’s 5 course meal. Three snacks and beverages were served during a cocktail hour and then the full meal began on a beautiful rural sunday afternoon. Every type of dietary restriction was present and the team took it in stride as our aim is to customize a perfect experience for all of our guests.

Barnsley Gardens

Contracted by Toyota of America to prepare breakfast and dinner for the 3 day Toyota Tundra Press Event, Chef Zygmont wowed the diners with his live fire cooking. Char grilled ribeyes, smoked lamb leg and all the seasonal vegetables available at the time provided a quiet, delicious respite during the hectic schedule of the Toyota executives and the press pool.

Online Cooking Classes

Over the course of the pandemic, Chef Zygmont instructed online culinary classes for International law firm Butler Snow.

As the chef of 5&10 in Athens, GA, Jason worked closely with students at Clarke Middle School to teach them the fundamentals of cooking.
